Our Safety Promise
We understand how important it is to know your kids are in good hands.
That’s why every corner of our park—from soft play to VR zones—is designed with safety in mind.
- Trained staff supervising all active zones
- Secure check-in/check-out procedures
- Padded flooring and safety mats in all high-energy areas
- Age-appropriate zones to avoid overcrowding or mismatch
- Emergency procedures in place & staff certified in CPR/First Aid
Cleanliness & Hygiene
A clean park is a safe park. We go above and beyond in maintaining a healthy space for all guests.
- Equipment and surfaces are sanitized multiple times per day
- Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the facility
- Ball pits and soft play areas cleaned daily
- Socks-only policy in play areas
- No outside food or drink in activity zones for cleanliness control
Waivers & Supervision
All guests must complete a safety waiver before entering activity areas
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Staff are positioned throughout the park for real-time supervision
Safety rules signage is posted clearly and reviewed during check-in

Everyone who enters J&W Adventure Park’s play zones or activity areas must have a completed and signed waiver on file.
Guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent, legal guardian, or someone with legal authority.
